Default check engine code 20, electrical overload?

what can i do to fix this? i have a 93 teg with a c5 and running a katman chipped
p-72 ecu....

does it come back when you reset the ecu?...if so, id replace the ELD.

yes it comes back after the ecu is reset.... how do i go about replacing the eld?
