Default cheapo b18a cam choices??

Interesting thought...I'm being a total cheapass by even suggesting/asking this. I have a b18a swapped in my crx. Has anyone run the b18b cams or even the cams from a b20crv in the b18a. Is it worth my time??? any real gains??? The cam specs list longer duration, greater lift, etc. for both the crv/b18b cams, and they are pretty much a give-away used. Thing is that an aftermarket cam and spring/retainer upgrade is worth more than my whole motor, and like I said , I'm a cheapass.
Anyone gone there? results?

a b18b intake cam will make your car run a bit smoother, and i'm sure a b20z cam would do the same thing. the later b20z intake cams have a LITTLE more duration than the LS's, so if you have the option, grab one of these ones.

i put a jdm b18b intake cam in my '91 ls, and i noticed a difference in idle quality, and just overall smoothness in the engine. not too much at all in the power department, though.
