Default Charcoal canister gone!

Ok soo I have realized my charcoal canister is deleted from my engine bay and I smell the gas vapors. What can I do to eliminate the smell? Please help. I am also boosted.

put a nylon or silicone vacuum cap on the line and ***** it with a pin (to prevent excess tank pressures)

Won't there still be an oder with the pin or not as much? Also would this be the line from the gas tank along my firewall?

Why not just do it right and replace what is missing, there are more then a few G2s at the bone yards. 94

I ran an open line for a while, and had a very strong odor. after the cap and pin *****, zero odor. I've done it on a few customer cars as well and same thing.

I don't know where the line is on your car. it'll be whatever vent line is not connected to anything in the engine bay, that used to run to the canister

I removed mine and the line running to the front all together. Probably not safe but I haven't blown up yet.
