Changing a Header
it is very easy. Let the car cool down but not until it is cold let it be a little warm the bolts come out easier when a little warm. Spray them with pb blaster and let them sit for a few minutes. Take the bolts of where the header bolts to the block. The most common one that breaks off is the farthest passenger side lower bolt. After you get those off take the two bolts off where the catalaytic converter meets the header spary it with plenty of PB Blaster. There may be a few misc bolt that holds the stock manifold on but I did not reuse them when I put my new header on. Reuse your stock exhaust donut and gasket. Put your bolts back the block and torque them down to 22 lbs of torque.
should be it.
