Default Center force dual friction

I was wondering what is the brake in period for a center forcec dual friction. I heard it long *** time also you need to let it let a certain amount. what is this "certain amount". i heard ACT is much better but this clutch came with the spare motor i bought so i though i put it in.
there about 40k on that clutch it should be stil pretty new but lets say this guuy before me didn't "break it in" how bad for the clutch is it?
