Default Cel- identification

I have a obd1 p30 ecu that im using on my gsr eg hatch. My check engine light turned on, I need help identifying what a long single blink means. I know single short blink is code one, meaning something wrong with my O2 sensor or circuit. But what is a long single blink? How do I identify code 10 as well? Any help would be appreciated.

long blink = 10
short blink = 1

example
two long blinks + three short blinks = 23 = knock sensor
