Default CEL code 43

OK, my CEL went on tonight and I checked it, it is code 43 = fuel supply system

SO how do I fix it?

Here is some problem my engine(JDM B18C TypeR) have:

1) It hesistate at around 6500rpm during partial throttle. It only happen in partial throttle, when it hesistate, the engine having a hard time rev past 6500rpm in partial, but when I apply full throttle, it rev up to the redline no problem. And it didn't have a problem rev all the way up to the redline in full throttle.

2) When the engine is not fully warm up, it have a bit of bogging from 3000rpm up.(And that is when the CEL came on, it bog a bit and the CEL came on.) Water Temperature at that time was around 65degree C according to my water temp. gauge.

3) My injectors were running at around 80% duty cycle before (when i last dyno) and now it is at 100% after 5500rpm. Nothing was changed since dyno.

4) I am running Hondata with 290cc injectors (4yrs old). Fuel pump is 10yrs old, and O2 sensor is also 10yrs old. Fuel filter was changed 3 yrs ago.

5) The CEL went away after I turn off the car and turn it on again. The car run fine (full and partial throttle) all the way up to 5000rpm when the CEL was on. Too chicken to rev past 5000rpm. Also, the car run fine after the CEL went off.

So can anyone tell me what my problem is? Thanks

I would suggest replacing your fuel pump and o2 censor. They are bound to go out eventually, especially being 10 years old and it can't hurt anything.

I would definately change the fuel pump, then the o2. A walbro can be had for 99 bucks, why not upgrade.

too rich or too lean.

could be a exhaust leak, mines occured from where the 4-2-1 header meet , the gasket deteriorated and caused this problem..

if there is a loud noise occuring.....follow it!

I don't think it is an exhaust leak, the car sound like the same as before.

Drive around for 2 more days, the CEL didn't come back on, it drive good except for the hesistaion at 6500rpm when i was in partial throttle. Full throttle run is fine.

So I don't think it is fuel, since if that the case, I would have the problem in full throttle, and not partial throttle only, right?
