CEL CODE 31-did a search, but can't find it!

what is this code, my 96 gsr seems to be driving funky.

are u sure u got the right code? 31 is -Automatic Transmission Signal "B"
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor... and i don't think your car is automatic if its a GSR
