Default Cel 74 please help 98 gsr

I got a code 74 i was driving home and my car started running like a v8 with a big cam so when ig ot home checked it for codes got a code 74 random misfire what could cause this and how do i fix it? btw the cel is always flashing when the car is running.... could it be the plugs i put in like 4 days ago?
Please Help

it could be injector wires, plugs wires not firing.
i use to have that code too, and my car sounded just like urs, widl cams and flashing lights. One of the wires that i cut before was loose and is soppose to be the inector wires.
check ur plugs and see if they are really dry or not. Mine was dry due to no fuel.

the only thing i think i did different was putting new bosce 2 way plugs in it was last sunday tho if anyone knows of any ideas let me know.

Make sure the wire is on the #4 plug good. Maybe pull the plug to see how it looks? Also, check if that wire is getting spark.
