CEL 67 after installing new cat.
Hey guys. I didn't get too much feedback in the prelude forum so I'll try my luck here. I had a carsound cat instaled on my 2001 SH a few weeks ago. A week after they did it I got a CEL and I reset the ecu. The light went off and didn't come back till yesterday. I checked the code and it said 67.
The description is: "Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold" and the possible causes are : "Three way Catalytic Converter or Secondary HO2S sensor".
My quession is if this is because of the cat itself or because one of the O2 sensors was damaged during installation. If it is the latter I'm going to go back to Meineke to see if they warranty their labor because I dont want to pay foir their mistakes. Do you guys have any input on this? If so pleace tell me.
Pete
PS - is there any place where I can buy O2 sensor online and are they expensive? Thanks

Some one gave me this link for an o2 sim: http://userwww.sfsu.edu/~ecg/o2sim.htm Has anyone else ever used something similar? Im guessing its worth the $50 bc even though it doesnt go into limp mode I still lose ATTS with the CEL on.
