CEL 16 w/ mini me
I have a 95 Civic with a mini-me (a6 bottom/z6 top and DX ECU for now)
I bought the car wrecked and some bright **** cut the plugs to the ECU and took the ECU so i had to wire new plugs.
First i just temp. wired them to make sure the car ran, which it did just fine. Then i went back and soldered everything and made it right, and now it bogs out when i give it throttle and gives a code 16, Fuel Injector System
I checked the resistance of the injectors, all were ok
the power to the injectors, about 12.54 volts each
i double checked all my solder points and they seemed good.
I checked the plugs from the body to the engine and they seemed good.
switched ECU's for another DX ECU (all i have right now)
Reset the computer numerous times
all of this to no avail.
anyone have any ideas?

replace your injectors or replace one at a time untill lit quits, one of them is bad, you should here them click if they are good check them, if that doesnt fix it check all the wires going to the injectors. cell 16 is a fuel injector.
if it worked fine when you temp. had them wired then its something you did.. Maybe a bad solder job somewhere or a loose wire? Why dont you try checking all the wiring again?
It was a wiring problem
A note to all who may encounter the same troubles with having to solder in plugs for an ECU, there are 2 red wires and i manager to switch them.
I switched them back and now the car runs great again.
