Default Ceased Trailing Arm Bolt!!!!

I was trying to do a rear disk brake on my 98 DX. having difficulty getting Bolt #20 off! it seems like it is ceased and rusted from inside and it's very hard to turn. I'm scared I migth be striping it! Any idea how I can get this off? Is there any way to reach it from the top maybe to spray some PB blaster on it?

tnx

If Im not mistaken that nut is on the inside of the frame rail. theres no way to get to it without cutting a hole. Take your time, apply pb to it, let it soak in and repeat. There is also something called Freeze Out. You spray it on the bolt only, kinda like the opposite of applying heat in theory. and it shrinks the bolt to give a little clearence. I have never used it so I dont know how well it works, but its worth a try
