well the other day i decided to finally put my cd player in my new project... well whoever had the car b4 me decided they would jus hack the plug off the car and wire it in that way... so im stuck with no plug and no access to a new plug so i decide to wire it up right now just for temp....

i had no wiring guide so my friend took out his cd player from his ef.. all the wires matched up except the wire that was supposed to go to the red wire.. but there were no extras so we assumed it was meant to go to the red wire ** i believe the factory color was yellow with red stripe**

wired it all up and didnt work, so i checked and replaced the fuses

after that my clock didnt work along with my radio, but if i touched the red and yellow wires **already connected to stock wiring** then the clock would work and the cd player would power up when the car is on.... i figure its my main power wire thats messed up but how

all the fuses are fine... but only get power when the car is on for the factory clock??

any help is appreciate

in short no memory power goes to clock or cd player but only get power when power of car is on... no blown fuses

 

anyone/???

 

n/m when i was tryin to get my radiator fan to work i realized my back up ecu fuse was blown and now everything works
