won't really have many wires to tuck... there would be no need. thermo-switch for the radiator fan, leads for the gauges (coolant temp, tach, oil light, charging system/Alt.) and a signal for spark.

retrofitting carburetion may not be cool enough though.. dual side-draft carbs and setting it up to run without an alternator... that would be cool and impressive! maybe some sport bike carbs.

Easy to find info. on Weber set-ups. Plenty of people have done that.
I've only seen 1 B-series with a traditional 4150 style carb on it. They used a sheet metal plenum with a 4150 adapter welded to the top.

Mechanical fuel injection would be way cooler (IMHO). And different. Carburetors suck.

The CBR throttle body is usually used to build home made ITB, here is a link. As far as keeping the carb setup I have no clue tho, but id like to read about it if someone make it happen. I used to go offroading with a guy with a suzuki samurail and harley carb on it. https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/my-frankenstein-home-made-itb-page-2794474/
