Car Wont Start! Please help.
I have a 93 integra 4 door automatic. It turns over fine but will not start. It started twice but just died out like a second after. Here is a list of things I chook off the ecked or changed.
Checked for spark. everything good.
changed main relay
checked fuel.(took off the inlet side of the fuel filter, and cranked it) gas was flowing out.
took off all injectors and tested if they open & close. all good
tested injector pulse. everything good.
brand new battery
had the alternator tested.
took off and cleaned the throttle body.
brand new distributor
tried a different ecu
it still will not start.
If anybody has any other ideas please let me know. Im going insane!
Thankyou

Try a compression check after the plugs have been removed for a while. Its possible its flooded and the rings are not sealing up...
Then id do a fuel pressure check like already mentioned. A weak fuel pump may push out a little fuel, but it may not be enough to actually start the engine...

just checked my timing. need some info. on the crank pulley theres 3 marks and 1 mark. the 1 mark is supposed to line up with the mark on the block right? and then the marks on each cam gear is supposed to be facing up. if this is correct then my timing is fine. i need to get a fuel pressure guage next.
The cam sprockets will have "dots" or "up" on them and a set of index marks.
The "dots" or "up" should be in the 12 o'clock position with the index marks aligned with each other.
The crankshaft sprocket has a line on it (1) it needs to be lined up with pointer on oil pump, [block].
Both the above assumes you have the #1 piston at TDC.
If timing is correct do a compression check as mentioned.
Also check for vacuum leaks. 94

Start by eyeballing the vacuum lines, look for obvious cracks/damage to lines, make sure the lines are properly "plugged" in, replace dry/brittle lines. 94
Check your engine grounds. Thermostat housing, valve cover to body and trans to body. Just had a friends car do this. It was the thermostat ground wire, it broke off the ring terminal.
