Car won't start... need some help.
I have a 91 si with b18c1. I had adjusted the fuel pressure regulator to lean out the motor a little bit. I take it for a test drive and it drives perfect nothing wrong at all... I rip through 1st and 2nd to give it a good vtec run and then going into third the car tottally bogs and eventually stalls. It sounded like my motor was underwater or something.. just no power at all. Anyway I pull over and try to start her up again and she does but still no power.. bogging the whole way. I was able to pull her over to the side of the road but I could not get her to start.. and if she did start it would eventually stall out after ideling for a few seconds. In the instances that it wouldn't start if i push the gas a bit it would idle again and i could rev up to about 2k (it wasn't a clean rev it was bogging still but reving) and then eventually it would stall and die again. Now all I was doing was reving not even putting it in gear.
One thing I noticed after I opened the hood, I saw a little smoke comming out of my AEM intake. I also noticed that one of my spark plug wires had come loose from the distributor! Not sure how that happend.
I had the car towed home and then checked the plugs. I noticed that each electrode was black. Before this happend the electrodes were actually pretty white which was odd since I was running rich I thought.
Anyway now the car wont even start... when i turn the key all i hear is a "click" and thats it.
I know this is a long post and may be a bit confusing but if anyone has any insight as to what may have happend I'd really appreciate it.

Ok now at least I can hear the car cranking.. No more "click" only since I charged the battery again. However the car still won't start, it keeps cranking but won't actually start up. If I give the car some gas it will start to rev but after 2k rpm it just drops and stalls out again. One thing to note is when the car keeps cranking I do smell a considerable amount of gas... I reset ecu, swapped ecu with another gsr, checked all grounds.. everything is still the same. Could it be possible that my injectors are clogged? Any help would be appreciated.
Holy **** dude! you are in the same place as me, like around last week. I would check the ECU FUSE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT!!!!!!! My H22A would crank all day but no response. So when I checked the fuse box there it was, a bad ECU FUSE! Try that out man, good luck!

B&M
I tried swapping out the fpr with a stock fpr from a RS integra. Still wouldn't start. I did get it to start after I cleaned out the injectors with brake cleaner but it still felt very bogging as far as reving... almost like the motor was underwater?
I think the motor is running too rich could this cause the bog? Reason I think this is when i reved the motor black **** start flying out the tail pipe.. it left drops of black water on the ground under the exhaust... thing is the car was already warmed up so I can't see why it would still shoot water out the exhaust... it idled ok and then i tried to take it out for a spin. At first the car drove almost like normal.. with a slight bog in the lower rpms.. then it finally died on me and then wouldn't' start. I need some help with this if anyone can hand me some insight. Thanks.

yeah I checked all fuses...

i'm sure you've already tried.. but cut the fuel back on your fuel pressure regulator.. mine is actually set at 32psi.. rather than the stock 42psi.. but I did this because I have 310cc injectors.. at 42psi it would barely hold idle.. had to keep my foot on the gas a lil..

I tried increasing and decreasing fuel using the fpr.. still same thing.. its almost like the car is drowning in water... when the car dies after I rev.. sometimes i can hear the intake gasping for air... not exactly sure how to describe the sound but it doesn't sound good
