Car wont start, need help!
ok, this has been happening for a while now so if anyone knows whats wrong please help.
Whenever i leave my HID's on for about 10 min (without car running), and then I goto start the car, the car wont start. The funny thing is that the battery is still green (meaning still fully charged), I can still bump my system and everything, but it just wont start. This only happens when I have my hid's on for more than 10 min, otherwise its fine. Does anyone know whats wrong?

If you are refering to the maintenance color on the battery, that could be your problem. Those things are not even close to being 100% accurate. There is no such thing as a maintenance free battery. Go have it checked out and for God's sake quite running your battery down by leaving your HID's on for so long.
I can tell you why your car won't start...
But first of all... You've got a green battery?.. Hmm.. I've never seen one of those!!!.. I always thought they only came in black..
You must be talking about the built in Hydrometer Eye.. That doesn't tell you Jack about any other cell in the battery but the cell that it's on top of..
And to answer your question about why your car won't start. It's simple.. Your HID's are draining too much current from the battery.. Don't they have some kind of amplifier of some sort?.. I don't know.. But I do know that like all lights, if you leave them on with the engine off, it'll drain your battery and your car won't start..
Your HID's are draining too much current and probably leave your battery sitting at 11V or something.. Just check it for yourself. Leave your HID's on and then try and start your car.. If it doesn't start, measure the voltage at the battery. It should be something less than 12 or 11V.. You'll need at least 10V at cranking to start the engine. And if you've got 11V and you're cranking, the starter probably wears the battery down to 8 or so volts.. And this would be the cause of your car not starting..
Hope that helps a little bit..

interstate makes green batteries, well green and white anyways.
and yes i agree, the HIDs are draining all the current out of your battery so stop leaving them on without your engine running!
