A few days ago my car was working fine, and then when I went to start it up, it would just crank and never fire up. All of the interior lights, radio, etc. work, but it just wont start up. The CEL stays on, and d4 blinks. When I jump the cel, the cel does not blink, just stays lit up, and D4 blinks codes 1, 8, 13, and 14. Some of those transmission codes dont exist, but the CEL codes do. The thing is, I had CEL code 1 before also, except this time it is blinking on d4 instead of the CEL light.

Anyways, I dont know if that is important, I just need my car working! Thanks to anyone who can help.

Anyone know? Could it be a bad ECU?

take out a spark plug and plug it back in the igntion wire and put the spark plug and hold it aginst somthing that is metle and start the car to see if you get a spark if you do its probly your tuming belt or somthing or with fuel if you dont get a spark then its problay somthing to do with your igntion, i would change the igntion coil and its cap and give it another try if that doesnt work im sorry i tried
