car wont start; cel 16
my friend just did a gsr swap in a eg, the car wont start and the cel 16 is poping out. anyone here have any experience with that cel , i know its the fuel system but dont know where to start.
the car cranks but it wont start and u can smell lots of gas.

hey this might sound stupid but make sure the ground on the top of the start is hooked up......its the fuel pump ground and the car wont start without it..
