Car won't move!! Please Help!!
I was leaving school the other day in my 94 honda civic auto, and I almost got to the interstate and I hit the gas and my car sounds like its in neutral. So I roll into the gas station that was close by and call my friend. He gets there and we cant figure out what is wrong. The car will go into park but none of the gears will move the car. Just sounds like it's in neutral all the time. I jacked up the car and wiggled the shift cable, wiggled the axels, checked tranny fluid and it is full, checked lug nuts, let the car down and it worked. So I was like, "this is weird" and I get going and start heading down the interstate. About 10 miles later I'm driving along and all of a sudden I'm not in gear anymore. Same thing again. Pull over and I'm pissed by now so I get out and kick the passenger side wheel and sit there and cuss for a while. Get back in to see maybe if it will work and it works fine again. WTF Mate! So I take off down the interstate again and everything seems fine. Then about 20 miles later same thing again. I pull over and get out, kick the wheel and it works again. This time it stays working for 30 miles until I get back into town and then it does it again. Well to make a long story short It happened a couple more times and I kept doing the same thing until I got home. I have no clue what could be wrong. Anyone have any Ideas? Sorry for the long post. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jason
Yea, the only complaint I have really heard of Hondas is the auto tranny's. My mom had a 92 Accord which the tranny messed up in, and my cousin has a 02 Accord which the tranny also messed up in. Sucks
Now is a good time to get a manual swap though

Thanks for the replies guys. I kinda thought it would be the tranny but I was confused on why when i kick the front wheel it works again? That just doesn't make sense. I already have a manual tranny layin around so if worse comes to worse I will just throw that in. Any other ideas? Jason
