car turns over... no spark
heres the deal. i went to move my stereo and for some reason the battery wire no longer worked i checked the fuse and it was fine. so i just ran a cable from my bat. to my stereo and now it works, but then my alarm wouldnt work. so i found the fuse was burnt and replaced it. and after that i went to start my car and it turned over but wouldnt fire up.... what do you guys think happened. i checked all my fuses and the look fine. are there anyother fuses other than the ones under the dash and in the engine bay? oh and my car did start after i moved my stereo..
by the way i have an msd ignition and coil they are hookied up. the car is a 93 dx hatch with a jdm b16.

You could use a volt meter.

Easiest way to check for spark is to stick a screw driver in the spark plug boot and hold it very close to, but not touching a ground. If you are not getting spark it is likely going to be your ignitor or your main relay.
