Default Haynes manual good for a build?

I'm about to start building my first motor, got the new bearings, rings, seals.. etc. JE pistons, Eagle rods, about to start putting it all in. I have a Haynes for it, is it a good book for tolerances? I know it's been wrong before, but I would think the tolerances would atleast be correct. Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks,
Matt

Get a helms manual. It is well worth the money you spend on one.

Haynes manuals' aren't bad, but I would definitely recommend obtaining a Helms Service manual.
