car stalls when warm
Working on a 97 civic had a d16y5 vtec and my cousin unknowingly bought a d16y7 non vtec for it. Used the y5 intake manifold because the new motor didn't come with one. Put a new clutch in while doing the swap. The car starts fine idles real low but drives fine until its up to temp and it dies when the clutch is pushed in coming to a stop. It had an egr cel vtec malfunction cel and o2 cel. Replaced the ecu and dizzy with non vtec and still the same the car didn't have this prob before even with the o2 cel. I've reset the ecu reset the base idle cleaned the **** out of the iacv and o2 sensor no air bubbles in the cooling system. Im not sure if it could be the tps since this issue wasn't there before. I'm at a complete loss idk what to do any help would be greatly appreciated!
