Did a compression test maybe 1 month ago or so and it was 190 all across...

The other day, friend put some wd 40 on rotor's screw in distributor...could this be the reason? Im replace dist and cap today as it is.

Any other reasons this could be happening? Im also throwing a code 10 (Intake air temp) or code 1 (oxygen content)...Pretty sure its a code 10.
