Car sitting in cold at body shop??
Somebody backed into my civic messed some stuff up about a month ago, There is A hole in the radiator at the bottom it holds no antifreeze. I have not started it since it happened. I guess there is still some antifreeze in the engine? It's been pretty cold in NC and like I said its been sitting for nearly a month, I have all the parts he just cant fix it right now. My question is will it damage anything being in the cold with no radiator and sitting for a month? If it is damaged and it's been sitting at his body shop do I have to pay for engine damage or is it his responsibility since its in his care now? Thank you
Not sure why this is in this section but obviously no coolant can't possibly even come close to hurting it. That is of course as long as the mix that is left over suitable for the temperatures. As far as liability, whatever is in your agreement or state laws allow.
