Default car shuts on/off real quick, CEL comes on...

not sure what it is... the car pretty much shuts on then off real quick. at night the lights go on/off. it does it somtimes when i hit gears or when i hit bumps, but it doesnt do it ALL the time, maybe 1 every 20 bumps or so... the CEL light comes on when the lights go off, then goes off when the lights come back on... it happens REALLY fast. and when its done the CEL light goes back off so theres no way to check it.

motor is 95 GSR. obd1 hondata

once when i was driving my TPS plug came off and it kinda did the same thing, like a quick stutter, but that time the CEL came on and stayed on so i pulled over and saw it was off, just plugged it in then reset ecu and it was fine.
