Default Car shuddering

I'm having a problem with my car shuddering/vibrating. At a stop eveything is fine, and at 10-15 mph it's fine, but when I go faster the car starts shaking. I guessed it might be clutch related because I had been hearing popping sounds coming from the clutch and dropped the tranny today.

The clutch seems to look fine other than some hot spots. Anybody think it might be the axle? I replaced them last year with raxles so I didn't think they would be a problem, but who knows.
Any input would be appreciated...

I know someone whose car did that and it was his differential.
