Car pulls to the right

My car is pulling to the right, what part of my alignment is off?

Tires can cause a pull too. Try swapping the front wheels to see what happens.

My toe is exact to factory specs unless the print out was messed with, hope the shop wouldn't do that. I'll go try switching the tires and see if that works.
