I was going to work about a month ago and the car started .. went two blocks and shut down on me ... i asked a local mechanic and ended up changing the plugs wires and distributor.. all new parts bought from autozone .. now today after i put in the distributor the car still wouldnt start... it sounds like it cranks once and then hesitates and stops..it sounds like it is about to fire up sometimes but it doesnt ..like a rumbling burp basically lol... I dont know what to do ... the fuel pump is turning on, i hear the starter click, its getting spark.. and still nothing... all help is welcome and appreciated .... i changed the distributor also but nothing.... i have a similar thread on http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=171842

 

come on ppl some1 should know something... o btw its a 93 accord...f22a1 stock

 

Have you checked the timing?

yea took it to the mechanic and he told me it jumped timing... most likely got bent valves
