Default car knocking after raising comp

i have a type R, and i rose compression to 11.5
i was wondering, what gas i need.
i heard that jdm itr needs 100 octane to run on 11
so do i need smth like 104
or how can i tune it to run 94 (i am in canada)
i have power fc with datalogit by the way
i also have a custom grind cam, but its not installed yet, coz i need to go to emmision test.
anyway to help me would be great, i would also like some advice in modifying my car (both legal and illegal to past emmision)
i am a apprentice mechanic, but the shop i work at dont do high performance, so i have very little exp in this field, and i would greatly appreciate if the techs on this forum would give me a hand.
BTW: about how much you thk i can sell my stock suspension for(stut, spring, uppper mounts)....coz i got a set of zeal cloiovers.
thanks very much

http://www.pricechemical.com has a nitro based additive that will get Cali fuel from 91 to 100+ no problem. Can't help you on the tuning issues.

Add a little fuel pressure, then tune your injectors to maintain the correct a/f ratio
