My car horn kept going off while I’m driving so I disconnect the connector to the horn. I can here this clicking sound coming somewhere from my left foot area. Does this mean my horn relay is bad? There isn’t any relay down in that area right? The horn relay should be in the fuse box located under the hood right? What else can cause this to happen? Any idea on what I should do? Your inputs are greatly appreciated.
