I am so frustrated with this car! I have 90 crx si with a jdm b16a in it. I was driving home today when all of the sudden my car died out....with my foot still on the gas....then all the sudden it came back to life......then it died.....It seemed to come back and die almost rythmically....Finally it just quit. I tried cranking it over and over and it wouldnt start. I just left it sitting in a parking lot of a place nearby my house and locked it up. They guy said i could leave it there over the holidays if needed(what nice guy )

Ive been having problems with the ignitor and **** lately....Im wondering what might be going on with this car? Somebody said something to me about the rotor screw? It seemed looser to me than usual yesterday when i had the distributor cap off and i was messing with the ignitor wires....It had quite a bit of play in it....

When i get this thing fixed...its getting a for sale sign put on it.....If anyone is interested gimme a holla
90 crx si-160k on body,30k or so on engine....new clutch,belts,water pump etc.

Check to see if your getting spark.
Sounds like something in the distributor(either the igniter, rotor, or coil) or the the whole distributor.
Have you tried to "pop" the clutch from a rolling start?
