Default Car Bogs HARD after shift with Retard timing..Tuning a Problem?

I am currently running Neptune right now and i have an advance timing mode and a retard timing mode for the street. Since i drive my car everyday (400+ miles/wk) i have the street mode with retard timing since im only running 91 Oct. gas. If i do punch it down to redline and shift fast (like drag racing), Car BOGS hard for like 1 whole second and then goes . Is it detonation or something? I running a 11.6 cr 2.0L Bseries.

Thanks...

Most likely a tuning issue.
