car bogs at 3500rpms

car bogs at 3500rpms
just swapped a b16a2 into my 97 hatch. swapped motor over to ob2 and repinned
harness to ob2b. installed type r cams, manifold throttle body, fuel rail and injectors. car starts and idles great but bogs down real bad at 3500rpms with
no load. no dtcs stored in the ecm except secondary o2 since i am not running one.
ignition timing is at 16 degrees, mechanical timing is dead on, plugs gapped to .051
cant figure out why the engine bogs down. any ideas would help a lot.
