have you stoped the crank from turning? have you 'locked' it to the block?
if yes, then are you using a proper 12 point socket and a long breaker bar to remove the bolts?
if yes, is the flywheel stuck to hte crank? have you soaked it with soemthing like WD40?
good luck, oh - and wear some damn gloves!!!!

The proper term is impact gun. Get a good 1/2 inch drive using a 12 point 17 mm socket. Those are fine thread bolts that hold a lot of torque. Be patient use a little heat (propane torch) on the heads of the bolts if the 1/2 drive impact does not work.
those bolts are Loc-Tite'd. Is it the stock flywheel? If not, someone may have "overdone" it on the LocTite when they put the new one on.
A breaker bar and a buddy to stick a screwdriver in the teeth of the ring gear did it for me.

What helped me was a good Mac Tools 1/2 drive impact wrench at 155 psi. USE A GOOD QUALITY IMPACT SOCKET, SHALLOW if you have one. and yes, it is 12 POINT. Get under there, and go at it like you are ticked off, and you know what you are doing. make sure that you are trying to turn the bolts in a counter clockwise direction, because I have seen Mac tools impact at 155, and they like to shear bolt heads off. If you get too frustrated, bring the car to Southern middle Tenn, and Someone from Tennessee Honda Mafia will be glad to help you. (Probably me)
I will charge you $100 cash on completion, and you pay for room/board.

we just got a ingersal (sp) 500 or 600 ft-lb, cant remember. its my new best friend.
i was not offended by the way. it has been a long week tho.
Nothing beats a BFIW coupled to a BFAC. Soak it with some liquid wrench, or hit it with a propane torch. You can also try a trick I used when I learned in the USMC. If nothing else has worked, try tightening it a bit (impact wrenches are build to deliver less torque in the forward direction than the reverse direction) then try backing it off. This often breaks the bond between the threads. I needed that technique to get the crank pulley off on my Civic

stick a 19mm 1/2 socket wrench onto the crank pulley, brace it against the frame with a breaker bar
then remove the bolts with another breaker bar and 12pt socket.
