Can you remove the IAT sensor?

Can you remove the IAT sensor? If so, is there a specific way. Thanks

wat yr and wat engine? if its the ones on the manifold, from obd0-obd1, u have to use a big screw driver and press down really hard, be sure not to strip it, if u want to get more torque, clamp it with a vice grip and press down hard and turn

It's a H22a4, but I'm running it like a OBD1. Does the sensor have to be plugged up, or can I eliminate it with the AEM EMS?

why would you even want to do that? Also if you want to remove it use a screw impact driver.
