no hondata, not neptune, just a plain ol' burned base map chip. can vtec pressure sensor be disabled during the burn process? i'm used to stand alone/ power fc, so i have no clue...

it depends what the map was burned with, but most cases, yes

interesting. i looked on crome and didn't notice it available for any of the base bins in 'options'

i assume you mean that other programs might have this control...

i think i might just swap solenoids and run the wire w/ plug. sucks because i added the wire previously for my built y8 in my 97 cx hatch, but deleted it when i rewrapped the harness for this jdm engine, thinking i'll not need it because i was running a power fc and had a jdm engine...

i didn't forsee me missing my evans tuning appointment for my fc by a shifter bolt coming loose and me being stuck having to run a p28 for the time being haha

crome does have a plugin to eliminate VTP and VTS. youll prolly have to find it on pgmfi ; if i find the link ill pm it to you

Just jump ECU Pin A4 and D6. Its worked on my non vtec teg for testing converted vtec ECU's for months now with no CEL and VTEC spool still activates.
