Sorry, the GSR are 10.2", the Type R had the 11" brakes from the Prelude. The 99-00 Si had the same 10.2". Not sure about the 92-95.

so is it just the caliper that's bigger on the GSR than on the Si if they're the same size rotor?

Nope, same exact dinky little calipers. With really skinny pads too. I think Honda thinks like Enzo with the theory that powerful motors make cars fast, not good brakes.

sooo... EK Si front brakes are the exact same as DC GSR front brakes, but with a slightly smaller MC/booster?
i thought the GSR fronts were larger than the 99/00 Si fronts...
