ok i have a 94 hb with a jdm b16 2nd gen

i'm getting codes 7 and 14 and 10 they are tps, evac, and air temp
i tried clearing them by disconnecting the battery ... they still come back
i can't rev higher than 2500 rpms or so...
also my srs light blinks continuiously when i check the check engine codes...
any suggestions...
all sensors are hooked up correctly... they were labeled .... also the model civic i have is a cx
i am will to take any suggestions at this point...

 

Usually when there are a number of sensors giving a problem, it's a bad ground somewhere. I assumed you've gone through and checked all the connections to make sure you have the right wires in the right places and that you are using the right ECU (P30). Check the ground wire on the thermostat housing and check the big ground under the dash on the right side. The SRS probably has a code too, see what your shop manual says about that one.
