Can I use this distributor with this harrness on this motor?

Can I use this distributor with this harrness on this motor?
Can I use a OBD1 distirbutor on a d16a6 with a pre obd wire harrness? if I have both distributor plugs and just cut match and solder the wires together what would taht matter? would it work?
