Default Can a bent stabilizer bar cause shift problems?

Pretty self explanatory. If the stabilizer bar is bent, can it cause issues with shifting?

My car pops out of second gear at low revs and only does it when its warmed up and not all the time. One of my o2 sensors is touching it and everytime I go over huge bumps (slow) ill scrap my exhaust, so it pushes on the o2 and the bar. A few times its been hit hard.
Also hit it today and now 3rd gear grinds(shifting into it)...but only sometimes.

Its so strange.
