Default Camshaft Holders?

Does anyone know the torque specs of these? I know the sequence just not how many lb. ft. I am supposed to torque them down to. Motor is a B16 from a 2000 Civic Si. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I already searched and found nothing.

But what about all the 12 mm bolts? On the aluminum piece that goes on top of the cams? The pieces that have the studs for the spark plug cover in them? Are those the camshaft holders............I'm confused.
