Default Cams and retiners

I was just wondering what type of Springs and retiners that people run with high lift cams such as Skunk 3, Toda D, and EF1?

you should always use the springs that the cam manufacturer used in testing the cams for the best results

cam manufacturers usually use their own springs or a specific brand to test off of

this is what i have been told by many many honda mechanics and by pro's alike
