Default Camgear Settings... Initial Start-Up

I just finished a rebuild of my GSR Block/B16 head (poor mans type r) and I'm getting ready for the first start up. Does anyone know or can suggest a proper setting for the adjustable camgears? The block is stock and the head has a mild mill with Supertech valvetrain and ITR cams. The motor has basic bolt-ons if that helps. It will be tuned soon but I need to drive the car reliably meanwhile..

0-0 ... or if you know how much it was milled you can move the gears to get cam timing where its supposed to again.
dyno will tell what cam gears settings your engine likes. so many variables.

0,0.

If the head/block had been milled, I'd suggest using a degree wheel, but 0,0 is good enough for initial startup..
