ok short version
94 GSR motor in 89 CRX.
decided to swap stock cams/valvetrain out
installed Crane cams and valvetrain.
timing off when running, marks line up when rotating by hand (yes counterclockwise)
The marks on my AEM gears and mark on crank pulley line up when rotating by hand. Jump service connector and start car >timing is off.
Keep in mind only new things changed were the cams and valvetrain
AEM gears were on the stock sticks and my Unorthodox underdrive crank pulley was previous on too.
when I start the car, timing marks are to the right of TDC. I advance 16 degrees and the marks move to the left about middle of advance mark and TDC
Opinions? no newbie answers please. Not my first time working on a Honda
