Default Skunk Stage twoCam timing

okay so I just installed skunk two cams into a b16. for optimum power the instructions say to set the cams to the following specs:
intake:
opening @ 1 mm: 37 deg. BTDC
Closing @ 1 mm: 49 deg. ABDC

Exhaust:
Opening @ 1mm: 61 deg. BBDC
Closing @ 1mm: 21 deg ATDC

I dont have a 360 deg table to bolt to the cams so I can see where they are. I do have adjustable cam gears. Does anyone know a good setting for these with cam gears while keeping the valve to piston clearance good?

thanks ahead of time any thing will help.
Paul

The best settings will only be found on a dyno.
