does anyone know a good site to learn bout cams. am looking at cams now and would like to learn bout lift, duration, and the effect one has on the other, ect.
:just a note how sohc..................thanks..

For a Honda, 11mm lift at 270+ duration is pretty "hot" for a non-Vtec cam. More spring pressure is required for valve train longevity.
