Default Cam seal

Replaced my headgasket and timing belt, well I didnt think to replace my leaky cam seals...Long story short I have the timing belt side pulled apart ready to put new seals in. I have the OEM honda seals, do I put hondabond ON the outside of the seal itself?

Oh, I went ahead and put a very thin layer around it and put it into place. Figured it can't hurt lol. Thank you for the reply!
