I purchased a D16A6 cam from a member on here but I am not so sure if it is okay for usage. It has some pits on the lobes:



Is this cam okay to use or no? They are pits and are not sticking out... just indentions into the metal.

 

I wouldn't run it....
If you can feel it with your finger, don't use it.
BTW, if you need to source another, let me know. My roommate has a couple in great shape.

 

Looks like I do need another one, I can definatly feel it with my finger -- at least I got a good AEM cam gear with it... what does he want for a good D16A6 cam? Got pictures of them by chance?
