I'm not going to be removing the head, so looking for advice anything that can be accessed and replaced, or that would be reccomended.
I've purchased a new timing belt, tensioner, water pump, cams, valvesprings, retainers.........
What seals to get?
Some people say to get LMA's..........(lower motion assemblies) but i have no idea what those are...
(btw - b18c1 w/ 55k, going to install toda spec B's)

I can at least help w/ that one. LOST motion assemblies are what the vtec rockers run on. You may want ITR LMA's w/ those cams and higher rpms you will likely be seeing.

 

Can I use ITR LMA's in B16A??

 

ITR is a b16 head

 

same PR-3 head, with a light P+P job and different internals........
